Mr. R.R. Padmanabhan

Principal Consultant

As EXIM Consultants Principal consultant & Director, R R Padmanabhan heads strategy, business planning and customer experience. He has been in the role of director since 2004, succeeding Mr. Subramanian who founded the company in 1983. He comes with Business Management and Legal background. As a practicing legal consultant he appears before Commissioner appeals and CESTAT for his clients and his other activities include project management, compliance Audit and training. He personally line manages other Senior & Junior Consultants in project activities and overall governing EXIM’s operations. He is a prominent
personality in the field of International Business consulting as a consultant to National & multi national companies and also to several Government Enterprises. He is a celebrated inspirational speaker in the field of International business, as a visionary he is determined to create 1000 Exporters through his Student welfare initiative program.

Mr Ravi Krishna

Chief Business Officer

As Exim Consultants Chief business Officer, Ravi co-heads strategy, business planning, sales and overall revenue & customer operations. Ravi Joined Exim Consultants in 2014 as “Vice President” to lead the brand’s re-organization exercises to modernize, digitize with current industry state. He has Commerce and Computer Technology background with 10 years work experience in Top global Companies. He previously worked as Service Manager – Core banking a global service management role handling Asia-Pacific, Middle East & Americas portfolios with Standard Chartered Bank. He reports to the Principal Consultant/Director.

Mr Mahalingam Narayanan

Head – Technology

Mahalingam Joined Exim Consultants in 2014 as Product Head B2B Portal as part of organizations passion to setup a B2B technology. He will now take up entire technology portfolio under his control as part of brand’s digitization project to systemize and automate monitoring & reporting a customer experience initiative and also continue to develop our passionate B2B Portal project, which will compete with today’s market leaders in B2B technology. He will report to CBO. He has Computer engineering and supply chain management background and his appetite to learn new Technology is commendable. He is a proud CMILT (Chartered Member in Institute of Logistics and Transport) United Kingdom.
